Your generosity ensures that Camden County Animal Shelter is able to continue to save the lives of thousands of animals every year.

What is the In-Shelter Clinic?

Camden County Animal Shelter offers a walk-in low-cost spay/neuter and vaccine clinic in addition to its other services. The walk-in low-cost clinic for vaccinations are open to the public on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am and no appointment is required. The vaccine clinic is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Spay/neuter surgery takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in our shelter by a licensed veterinarian and an appointment is required. Simply call us at 856-401-1300 ext. 109 to make your appointment today. Please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will return your call within 48 hours.

Please note the following:
If you are seeking to have your pet spayed/neutered we must have proof that your pet has received a Bordetella Vaccination within the last year. If your pet has not received the Bordetella Vaccination, you may bring your pet in during the walk-in vaccine clinic, receive the vaccine and then you may schedule your appointment for 2 weeks after the Bordetella Vaccine.

We do not perform surgeries on pets that weigh more than 75 pounds.

Pricing Information

We happily accept Cash, Visa, or Mastercard. We cannot accept personal checks. Cash is preferred as it saves us transaction fees, allowing us to keep our prices low! Payment is due at the time of drop-off. There is an additional $2.00 medical waste fee per animal for medical services.
